And where we’re getting our information from these days on one hand is extremely powerful in terms of access to information, but I think it’s unfortunately perpetuating this extremism, where people who are well meaning and trying to develop incredible health and body literacy don’t yet understand nuance. Dietitians are more about acute care within the hospital system
I want to deliver the message of real food

The most powerful understanding is in the pathology and blood chemistry
Our industry can be just as guilty as the pharmaceutical industry
There is a pill for an ill
It is all about education and a whole food form
I think lab meats are the biggest disaster and a shit storm of chemicals
Supplements have their place but are not the be all and end all
We need to appreciate it is not a quick fix
Take your family to the farmers markets, grow your own foods if you can, start small
One of the biggest key pillars is to cook your own food
Cook once eat many times, plan for the week
Stop the short time and think about the long term consequences
The TV needs to go off as it will always feel like the worst case scenario
We have to learn to critically think
Many get tricked by the greenwashing again
Focus on what you do the majority of the time
Start where you are, everybody is doing the best they can
Be true to yourself
