Like the skin your hair reflects inner health and wellbeing. If you’re eating well, exercising and getting adequate sleep, chances are your hair will show this. However, many people find that having a ‘bad hair day’ can actually be a regular occurrence. If you care for your hair in the best way possible by carefully choosing products that serve your health, as well as being mindful of your diet and managing stress levels, then you are giving it the best chance for it to be your crowning glory.

Warm Oil Hair Treatments

Choose 3 of the following oils and add 10 drops in total to 20mls of a base oil like jojoba

Alopecia – Clary Sage, Lavender, Rosemary, Thyme

Dry Hair – Sandalwood, Rosewood, Ylang Ylang, Cedarwood, Geranium, Lavender

Oily Hair – Cypress, Cedarwood, Clary Sage, Lemon, Lavender

Normal Hair – Rosemary, Lemon, Cedarwood, Lavender

Flaky Scalp – Lavender, Patchouli, Rosewood

Dandruff – Tea Tree, Cedarwood, Lemon, Eucalyptus, Sandalwood

Split Ends – Rosewood, Palmarosa, Sandalwood, Geranium

Hair Rinses

Add 4 drops of your chosen oils to 100mls of warm water.

Dark Hair – 1 drop Geranium, 1 drop Lavender, 2 drops Rosewood or Cedarwood

Light Hair – 2 drops Rosemary, 1 drop Chamomile, 1 drop Lemon

Red Hair – 1 drop Orange, 2 drops Geranium, 1 drop Frankincense
