“I journey in the world as an eclectic mix of boho hippie, spirited rebel and regular Kiwi gal with a ‘can-do’ attitude…” Paula Johnson

What a pleasure to share space with Paula during this conversation. Paula is an incredibly courageous woman navigating the cards that had fallen in a beautifully poetic way. Not surprisingly this led to her writing a book “Silent Warrior”, a very apt title that really demonstrates her realisation of to go through this experience of life it’s fundamentally an inward journey.

Her own life-changing catalyst arrived unannounced and unwelcome at the young age of 29, when Paula was diagnosed with Premature Ovarian Failure (Premature Menopause). This diagnosis set her on a journey, delving deep into the mental and emotional, the physical and the spiritual. Finding meaning became her mission – Why? Why had this happened? And the even bigger question – why was I here?

I absolutely loved this chat as we flowed through the evolution of her book, what a warrior is, defining courage, premature menopause, gift of heart motherhood, surrendering to the unknown and her gorgeous life expressions in business and empowerment of others.

To connect in with Paula with her workshops on writing your own book, Wanderlust website design or grabbing a copy of her amazing book, please jump on her websites to explore more of this amazing woman’s expression in life.

Big Love

The intent for these recordings is to be unhomogonised and unpasteurised conversations that aligns with real life. The falling over words, the poise and challenge in moments to understand how to verbalise what’s wanting to come forward, is part of the realness of nutrient dense conversations. So, with that, I have to say I’m embracing and enjoying watching my own clunkiness as I explore my expression through this space. I hope you too hold space for yourself, friends, family, strangers yet to know and myself as we navigate enriched conversations on this journey.
