Show Notes

This Week In Wellness working outside has been shown to lower the risk of breast cancer for Danish women over the age of 50 by new research in the journal of Occupational and Environmental Medicine.

Whilst previous research has indicated that vitamin D levels in the blood were linked to reduced levels of breast cancers that evidence was deemed inconclusive. With the primary source of Vitamin D being UVB sunlight this research further adds weight to those findings.
