Show Notes

In this podcast we interview the divine Jane Bennet, who is a researcher, writer, counsellor and educator surrounding women’s health. We dove into her incredible book The Pill and spoke about why the pill is a clinical shut down of women across generations and why especially every young woman should read this book before making the decision to go on the pill.

We also spoke about why it’s important for women to connect to their cycles and understand why we actually need to embrace our periods.

Jane shares her wealth of knowledge across the years from social work into discovering a new world of fertility charting. Her book about bloody time is all about the importance of recognising menstrual health in the political sphere and how we are actually entering the period revolution.

This episode is not only for menstruating women, but we invite brothers, fathers and boyfriends to understand more about the female body and our cycles.
