‘So, the Time-Line Therapy session that I had was a process of what we call the 5 negative emotions, and we work with anger, sadness, fear, hurt and guilt. And what happened for me in that session, as I walked in one person and out another, what happened for me was I let go of a lot of baggage that I carried. The way that I like to look at this is imagine we have a 100kg back-pack that we carry around day in day out and in that back-pack we have every experience with loved ones, with our parents, with friends… everything is in that back pack. All of our limiting decisions, our negative emotions, everything is in there.
