I’ve invited my Nutritionist friend Karen Martel onto my show again to explore all things Keto, fasting and caloric restriction – when you are doing all the right things and it’s just NOT happening. What’s going on there?

If you are between the ages of 35 and 55 you are starting to, or already feel, the effects of hormonal imbalance in your body.

    • Your weight has been starting to climb
    • Your belly fat is growing
    • You feel like you are on a hormonal roller-coaster
    • You feel tired more often than not
    • Your sex drive is low or non-existent
    • Your brain is foggy
    • You feel depressed
    • You exercise and eat well but still can’t lose weight

This is the wonderful world of hormones! Unfortunately, when our hormones are involved or I should say NOT involved in the right way, weight loss becomes impossible!
