In today’s episode we’re chatting all things to do with Dental Health, Nutrition and Sleep with Dr Steven Lin who is a board-registered dentist, writer and speaker based in Sydney, Australia and has recently published a book titled – The Dental Diet.

Dr Lin shares his insights on how our current highly processed diet is influencing not only the health of our teeth, but our sleep too, along with how our gut health is becoming impacted as a result of poor dental and gum health – the all important start of our digestive tract.

Stephen also talks about nutrient “O”, a rarely discussed “nutrient” which is often one of the missing links between many mouth and sleep disorders which unfortunately, diminishes the quality of sleep even further when working 24/7.
