Ahhh Stress. We all say it these days- “I am stressed, this is stressful, you are stressing me out!” Well, my most important piece of health advice that I will EVER give my clients is….stop the stress. Seriously. Stress is the number 1 thing that is effecting your health right now. In this week’s Quick Tip, I talk about WHY stress is effecting our health so much, and HOW we can start to change this.
