Did you know the way you walk, your foot posture and foot instability can effect your mobility, balance and movement patterns, as well as create muscle imbalances that affects your performance in and out of the water, causing power leaks and increasing your risk of pain and injury.

In this episode Paul has teamed up with Candice Land, the founder of Enitor Exercise to talk about the importance of healthy foot function and its impacts on surfing.

Candice is an Exercise Physiologist and has been specialising in movement function, athlete performance and occupational rehabilitation for 15 years. Candice is also the Accredited Exercise Physiologist for the World Surf League and works closely with Surfing Queensland and other Surfing Organisations.
