Elyse Comerford is a Clinical Nutritionist, business owner, wife, mother, and founder of Well Belly Health, known for her grounded and honest approach to wellness. After overcoming her own complex health challenges, she became passionate about helping others understand the deeper connection between the gut, nervous system, metabolism, and overall wellbeing.
Alongside her work, Elyse is deeply family-oriented and passionate about creating a simple, connected life centred around health, presence, and living in alignment with what truly matters. Her definition of Self Love is: My definition of self love would be listening. It is listening to what it is you are needing or what is trying to be expressed and following it. I think the biggest act of self-love is actually feeling a need or a desire, hearing it and then doing it.

My journey to get there is a lifelong one.
Our clinic is different in the approach that we take. It is truly root cause and really looking at the person and what is going on.

Do the best with what you can.
Perfection is not a way to grow, and courage comes through taking action.
I had a really strong belief that I am destined for something good, and I just need to keep moving towards it.
I have a choice of the direction of my life.
My intention in my business is that I want to help the most people for the least amount of money.
I want to break that stigma that you have to spend a lot of money in order to work on your health.
Honouring that yearning is the biggest act of self love.
