Women have a biological imperative to spend time with their girlfriends.
When women spend time with other women, it reduces our cortisol and it increases our progesterone.
That time that they are spending with girlfriends is critical.
It is the tending and befriending that women need as part of their stress reduction strategy.
The nervous system is your flow of consciousness. It controls and regulates every part of your body.
The body gives us this beautiful roadmap of everything that is going on.
Perimenopause absolutely does not have to be the beginning of the end.
It really is a sacred recalibration.
