“But I’m nobody” was the first response I had from Melissa after I reached out to record a Nutritious Conversation with her. For me, the thought of sitting down for a chat with this incredible Sol was not about what commercial or ordained offering she had, but the absolute joy I felt at the thought of delving into a wonderful chin wag with her. Melissa is as authentic as they come. She is courageous, humble, expansive, heart lead, humorous and just an awesome Sol to be in the company of. I’ve had the honour of being on the sidelines for part of her journey and have seen the incredible vulnerability and sovereign nature she operates her inner garden from.
