In Episode 167 of The Real Food Reel we are joined by Dr Elise Bialylew. Elise is a coach, meditation teacher and social entrepreneur who trained as a doctor and psychiatrist. She left the hospital wards to pursue a deeper calling to start a global mindfulness meditation movement and founded Mindful in May in 2012. The campaign has taught thousands of people from around the world the skills of mindfulness and raised $60,000 to bring clean, safe drinking water to developing countries.

In today’s episode we explore the meditation, mindfulness and happiness. You will learn about the nature of the mind, what is negative bias, how to use your mind to create greater happiness and how to thrive instead of just survive. Let’s dive in and welcome Elise to the show.
