PAP 40: John Purl – Work Hard, Eat Clean, Move Regularly
21, Sep, 2018
In this episode, I am joined by fellow Wellness Couch Podcaster John Purl from Smashed Avocado. John works with health and wellness to help his clients be more successful. John shares his personal story of childhood hyperactivity and how he combined his love for health and wellness with his profession. He will share some actionable tips with you including the key elements to making improvements and his 70,20,10 approach to eating. We will find out what John had for brekky, what he thinks of wine, chocolate and coffee and his tips for success.
Fourteen years of working in wealth advisory and a lifetime of love for all things health and wellness has brought John Purl to where he is today, a business owner, a father and a desire to help others improve their health/wellness and career/financial success.
John brings about a passion to see people succeed professionally, financially and without sacrificing their health and wellbeing. With this comes an understanding that to succeed in your career, in your family life, in your business, in your pursuit to becoming a better/healthier you, you need to play the ‘long game’. To play the long game you need support, education and encouragement which is what drives John each day.
Let’s face it, if you’re struggling in health or happiness it’s difficult to be financially successful.
