SIBO, or small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, is a common condition of the small intestine that could causes a variety of symptoms from acid reflux, bloating, eczema and much more. This condition can go undiagnosed and the treatment of the symptoms, such as taking antacids for reflux, can cause further complications.

In this episode we explore SIBO, its diagnosis and treatment, with naturopath Lynda Griparic. Lynda is a wealth of knowledge on the topic as she specialises in SIBO treatment and she gives us a lot of information on how to understand and tackle this condition.
