Show Notes

In this powerful and deeply honest opening episode for the year, Kim is joined by Kylie Pinwill, women’s health nutritionist and founder of My Hormone Hub, to explore the truth about hormones, burnout, perimenopause, and what self love really looks like in a woman’s body and life.

Kylie shares her personal journey from practising as a nutritionist in Sydney, to selling everything and travelling Australia with her family after confronting life changing losses, to hitting burnout while rebuilding life and business on the Sunshine Coast. It was through her own health collapse that Kylie uncovered a startling truth: women are not educated or supported through the 10 year hormonal transition leading up to menopause.

Together, Kim and Kylie explore the impact of stress on women’s health, why so many women feel dismissed or “gaslit” during this stage of life, and the importance of proactive, holistic care. This episode reframes self love as the daily commitment to nourishment, rest, movement, and boundaries, reminding women that investing in their health is not selfish, it is essential.
