‘This is kind of the secret sauce of parenthood when you feel like, ‘Am I stuffing my children up? Have I done something so bad?’ And the point I would say here for parents is the really big golden nugget is how open are you to having the really, really uncomfortable conversations with your kids around what they did like and didn’t like, what they struggled with, what they felt hurt by, sad by… are you willing and able to have those conversations which will ultimately lead to growth and their self-discovery and their healing… also a deep connection with you both. But it will feel pretty crappy as well but it really is the secret sauce to your child blooming even more and discovering who they are.’ ~ Jess Arachchi

Jess Arachchi is a Family Therapist & Motherhood Mindset Coach who helps mums break free from old patterns and create lives filled with freedom, joy, and purpose. With over 12 years of experience working with child behaviours and family dynamics, Jess combines her professional skills with personal insights from her journey as a daughter, sister, and mother.

Growing up in a challenging home, Jess learned early on the complexities of family life. Her father’s struggles with depression and addiction, along with her mother’s efforts to hold the family together, inspired her passion for understanding human behaviour. These experiences shaped her deep commitment to creating emotional safety and harmony within the home.

In her career, Jess saw the limits of traditional methods, which often ignored the intelligence of the body and the mind. Frustrated by these shortcomings, she shifted her focus to empowering mothers to trust their instincts, reclaim their power, and create the lives they truly want for themselves and their families.

Now, Jess uses her knowledge and personal growth to guide mums through their own transformations. She knows that a mother’s well-being is key to her family’s happiness, and she’s dedicated to helping mums find that balance. Through her programs and personal story, Jess supports mums in embracing their true selves, living boldly, and creating homes filled with love, peace, and purpose.

Jessica believes that when mums thrive, the whole family thrives. She’s committed to helping every mum she works with feel seen, supported, and empowered to create a life that lights them up—both as women and mothers.

Her definition of Self Love boils down to the act of doing the hard things that get you closer to your true self and nature.

Her favourite quote is:
‘Lose what needs to be lost in order to find what needs to be found.’
