In this week’s Self Love Quicky we reiterate and dive into the harmonious world of essential oils and their incredible impact on hormone balance. If you are you seeking more natural ways to balance your hormones and enhance your wellbeing here are the essential oils I have personally had huge success with. This week I look at the essence of health through using incredible tools like essential oils, unravelling their secrets and how they can be a pivotal part of your journey to hormonal harmony. Plus, I mention some of my favourite supplements to support our hormones too! Remember, hormone issues can also be related to diet, lifestyle, chemicals in the environment or foods and medications as well also stress.
