Meg and I first met many years ago now and my first memory is being blown away by the girl who made everything from scratch, including her own training bars and bread! At the time my repertoire consisted of a tuna salad and Meg was who inspired me to get in the kitchen, to learn and create. And that was the start of The Natural Nutritionist and the recipes you have access to today!
