Show Notes

In Episode 12 of The Real Food Reel we have the next installment of The Real Food Athlete for you, introducing you to Ross Kinsella from Melbourne, Australia.

Ross is an APA Titled Sports Physiotherapist and endurance athlete, running a tidy 2.43 at Melbourne Marathon in October last year. Ross has recently stepped up to ultra running, recently competing in the Two Bays 56km before commencing training for North Face 100 later this year.

Ross has been a client of mine since early 2013, where we overhauled his day-to-day nutrition and turned him in to a fat burning machine. There have been some bumps in the round, which we will share will you today and certainly some big lessons for all of us balancing endurance training and racing with full time work, running your own business and the additional commitments of family and every day life.

As always, we hope you enjoy the show.
