1 in 7 Australians are affected by Irritable Bowel Syndrome (also known as IBS) often with debilitating symptoms like constipation, diarrhoea and bloating.

Research is suggesting that one of the more successful interventions is a low FODMAP diet, but that can be filled with overwhelm and confusion … so in the spirit of 100 Not Out – and on the assumption that our listeners are one of the 1 in 7 or KNOW SOMEONE who has IBS … we’re going to talk about it today.
