With the rising popularity of fasting, has breakfast been demonized unfairly?

What does it mean to be a breakfast eater today? Is it eggs and greens to kickstart your day like Marcus or is it an Espresso or two to tide you over to your first meal of the day, sometime around lunchtime when the hanger kicks in?  

Damo sees breakfast as an opportunity to provide fuel for the brain to get going for the day ahead, so that we can think clearly.  An opportunity to help balance our moods, hormones and creating less stress within the body. 

Maybe breakfast isn’t for you and eating your calorie load across two meals in the afternoon works great for you. But if breakfast is the meal that you look forward to most and it helps you feel balanced, don’t skip it just because everyone else is doing it. One size does not fit all.
