In this special bonus episode, Audra chats with internationally recognized sleep expert, Dr Carmel Harrington, on all things to do with sleep deprivation and weight fluctuations, and how the two are intricately connected.
Dr Harrington holds a PHD in Sleep Medicine from Sydney University, and regularly consults with companies and educational institutions both here and overseas. She is the Managing Director of Sleep for Health, a sleep clinic located in Sydney, and is an Honorary Research Fellow at the Children’s Hospital at Westmead. Her two books – ‘The Sleep Diet’ and ‘The Complete Guide to A Good Night’s Sleep’ are fabulous resources for anyone working irregular hours.
