MOM 56: If you aren’t crying, you aren’t trying

Well this one got deep quickly.


From setting goals to get out of dark times to grinding through the frustration of adversity – you have to keep going. You have to keep pushing through and become a great talent scout in order to get the right people around you at the most difficult of times.


We all want to improve and then usually complain when we face adversity. Adversity is to the mind what the barbell is to the body.


We are either going through, coming out or coming up to some adversity. We run through some concepts to best equip you when you need it the most
