FWP 36: Fuel Your Fitness With Amy Giannotti

Today we wanted to talk about a topic we are passionate about and that is overtraining and knowing enough is enough. Amy boasts a vast range of qualifications as a Dietitian, Sports Dietitian, Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Coach, Running Coach, Yoga Teacher and Founder of online platform, Eating Fit.
At the age of 24, Amy started triathlon training and within only two years qualified for the Australian Triathlon Team for Sprint, Olympic, Duathlon and half Ironman Distance Triathlons for her age group. Realising the power food has on the body and mind after competing as an athlete and overcoming body image issues and restrictive eating as a teenager, Amy went on to study Nutrition and Dietetics and became a Sports Dietitian and Personal Trainer, where she combimbined the two qualifications in hope to support others on their fitness and health journey
Toady, Amy strives to combine her skills and passion for all things nutrition and fitness to empower others to achieve their personal, performance, health and wellbeing goals. Amy has particular interest in working with, and mentoring individuals training for endurance events such as triathlons as well as working with women with complex health issues such as disordered eating, body image issues, heart disease, diabetes, adolescents and vegan and vegetarian eaters.
