Today Shelley and Jess chat to Natalie Ford, a qualified Nutritionist who holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional Medicine and has a passion for helping people fall in love with food and establishing healthy relationships with eating. Nat works for Kombucha company Mojo Beverages and today dives in to gut health and how what we put into our bodies has a much greater impact than we realise and that eating well is one of the most sustainable health choices we can make for ourselves and the world around us.
